Asus Zenfone 5 comes with 1.6GHz Dual Core Intel Atom processor, while Moto G (2nd Gen) comes with 1.2GHz Qualcomm Quad Core processor. As it is a Quad Core processor, I’m very much impressed with Moto G2 smartphone.
When it comes to RAM, Asus Zenfone 5 easily beats Motorola Moto G2. You get 1GB RAM with Moto G2, while with both the variants of Zenfone 5 you get 2GB RAM.
I already mentioned the internal memory which you get with both the smartphones. When it comes to external memory, Asus Zenfone 5 wins the competition. With Asus Zenfone 5 you can get external memory up to 64GB, while with Moto G2 you can get external memory up to 32GB only.

Camera Features
Difference between camera features is almost negligible. Both the smartphones Zenfone 5 and Moto G2 come with rear facing camera of 8 megapixel and front facing camera of 2 megapixel.
When it comes to colors you may definitely opt for Zenfone 5 as it is comes in 5 different colors, while Moto G2 comes in black and white color only. Currently Zenfone 5’s stock is not available, but Moto G2 is available without any problem.
